My flute teacher was a friend of the family whom I had heard perform, and I fell in love with her sound.

I hope to hold an orchestral position and also, hopefully, to play chamber music and teach.

I enjoy baking, reading and writing, and have a large collection of antique and foreign currency.

On my instrument, I am most inspired by Jeanne Baxtresser.
