Victor Feldbrill is an account of the life and cultural contribution of one of Canada's most talented conductors. He was artistic director with Winnipeg Symphony, a conductor with TSO, and a guest conductor of virtually every major symphony orchestra of Canada. He conducted the National Youth Orchestra six different times between 1962 and 1975 (1960 - 1962, 1964, 1969, 1975).
